The Hofer Development Corporation (HDC) was formed by the new generation of the Hofer family, who since 1920 have been known for their:
operations in Lanao Del Sur, Mindanao, Philippines.
We currently hold a board seat with two Hofer Plantations – the Calilangan Plantation and Hacienda Dona Manuela (total of 1,200 hectares) – responsible for the planting and selling of coconut, abaca, cacao. We have supplied crude coconut oil to the world’s largest FMCG corporations.
We develop and distribute innovative healthcare devices that are created to help consumers do more and be more. Our capabilities include research and development, branding, manufacturing, and distribution of personal care products to add vitality to the lives of our consumers.
WAs Hofer Investments, we hold equity in various niche companies, helping them grow through business advisory services, governance, marketing, operations, and strategy. Some of these companies include businesses in luxe lifestyle, health and fitness, consumer goods R&D and manufacturing, and online media.
